| Zywave and ClickSafety.com, Inc. Announce Partnership to Offer Brokers Comprehensive Online Client Safety Management Training Programs |

- Zywave, a leading technology provider of products and services for insurance brokers, announced today that it
has partnered with ClickSafety.com, Inc., an Alamo, CA-based online compliance management solutions
provider for construction and related industries.
The partnership will allow brokers to provide their clients with ClickSafety.com, Inc.’s suite of customized risk
management safety packages.
